This policy mandates that Franticelix Ltd abide by and are compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998 (herein referred to as “The DPA”) and the General Data Protection Regulation (herein referred to as “The GDPR”) effective from 25th May 2018.

Lawful Basis for Processing Personal Data
For the purposes of The GDPR, Franticelix Ltd are the Data Processor when operating on any online platform and are committed to processing all personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.
Under Article 6 of The GDPR, the lawful basis on which any personal data received is processed is that of “Contract” - whereby processing is necessary in order to fulfill customer orders and enquiries. Franticelix Ltd are obliged by Law to retain information provided during any financial transactions for accounting purposes.
It is a legal requirement to retain this information for a period of 7 years.
Scope of Personally Identifiable Information
Franticelix Ltd receive Personally Identifiable Information only when it is voluntarily submitted by buyers when placing an on-line order or enquiry, via email or from the postal service. Personally Identifiable Information may include: name, billing address, delivery name, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of order, items ordered, value of items ordered, chosen method of delivery.
This information is solely for the use of Franticelix Ltd, direct trading partners, such as credit card companies, credit reference agencies and to satisfy regulatory authorities and it will never be made available to any other third party.
Franticelix Ltd do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to any other party for any purpose.

Data Subject Access Requests
Under The GDPR customers are entitled to obtain from Franticelix Ltd (the Data Processor for the purposes of The GDPR when selling on any online platform) a copy of any data held concerning them and to have any inaccuracies in the data rectified. Franticelix Ltd. are obliged to provide this data to within 1 calendar month of the request, free of charge.
However, Franticelix Ltd reserve the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.
