Torq Gtx 2.0 is a versatile mountain boot, which ideally suits people who practise light mountaineering and via ferratas. Functional aesthetics, superior-quality materials and advanced construction technologies are all blend together in this Made in Italy boot, which boasts an ergonomically designed Alp dual-density PU bottom outsole and a Mulaz Vibram® lug sole, for unprecedented grip and safety levels. We use Royal Mail as our primary postal service. If for whatever reason we require to send an order via a different courier, we will contact the customer to discuss the circumstance prior to dispatch.

All orders are subject to credit card security checks. We can only send goods to the registered credit, debit card or Paypal billing address.
For International orders we use Royal Mail International Airsure. This service is tracked and traced throughout, and requires a signature on receipt.
If you require goods for a specific time/date please allow sufficient time for delivery, in case of any problems with the relevant postal services.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Franticelix Limited and we strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, we will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. Buyer is responsible for return postal charges.
If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please leave details on the reverse side of your delivery note giving details of the fault and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, within 14 days. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate. If you are in any doubt, please contact us. We are here to help you. We recommend that all items returned to us should be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Your local Post Office will be able to advise.
We accept orders by Online transaction only. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Electron, JCB, AMEX and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order.
